With the iPhone 4 immediately on the market, the rumor mill and leaks have switched directions towards the iPod touch. On top of rumors of an <a href=”http://www.appletell.com/apple/comment/rumor-ipod-touch-to-gain-retina-exhibit-dual-cameras/”>iPod touch with retina exhibit and dual cameras</a>, MacRumors has immediately received images of a imaginable iPod Touch LCD screen and front assembly leak. The images of the frame exhibit what could be a front facing camera like the iPhone 4 meant for FaceTime calls. This coincides with earlier rumors of an <a href=”http://www.appletell.com/apple/comment/how-facetime-will-employment-on-ipod-touch-and-ipad/”>email based FaceTime</a> that will employment on the iPod touch.</p>
<p>Perhaps the following Apple event that is immediately rumored to be coming up in the middle of September will provide us with more concrete details about the design of the following generation iPod touch. With the recent redesign and <a href=”http://www.appletell.com/apple/comment/taiwan-news-recreates-antennagate-in-animated-form/”>issues with the contemporary iPhone 4</a>, the design of the forthcoming iPod touch is certain to be an fascinating one. I don’t reckon Apple will alter it as much as the iPhone, however I do reckon we will see some nice updates to the contemporary form factor.</p>
